You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and retains its original condition.
- Packaging undamaged, barcodes intact.
- No signs of use, free of dust and moisture.
- Sufficient shelf life remaining.

Email us at hello@ukoi.ua or give us a call — we'll guide you through the easiest way to return your item. Refunds are issued using the same method as your original payment.
